Kolak Kolang Kaling

Bahan:Kolak Kolang Kaling

3 butir bawang merah dirajang halus

1 sdt garam halus

3 gelondong kecil gula merah disisir halus

4 sdm gula pair

50 gr kolang kaling

600 cc santan ( ½ butir kelapa )

2 lembar daun pandan ( bisa diganti vanili )

 

Cara Membuat:

  1. Rebus bawang merah dan garamdalam air setengah panci. Setelah mendidih masukkan gula merah dan gula pasir.
  2. Setelah mendidih kembali, masukkan kolang kaling dan daun pandan. Rebus sampai kolang kaling empuk. Terakhir tuangkan santan. Aduk-aduk sampai santan mendidih.
